Corporate Events
Bring your team to Moncus Park. The Paul A. Doerle Sr. Farmers Market Pavilion and b1BANK Backyard are ready for whatever you have in mind, celebrating a win, kicking off a new quarter, or just getting everyone outside for a reset. Furniture's included, parking is reserved for your group, and our team handles the details so the day feels easy.
Corporate Event Package
- 4-hour event rental, plus dedicated setup and cleanup time

- 200 white folding chairs and 25 six-foot white folding tables

Children's Birthday Parties
Private zones in the Play Area, right next to the playground, splash pad, and treehouse. Four-hour rentals come with tables, signage, and a roped-off area. Bring your own food and decorations.

Exclusive Vendors
Hosts may only use the companies below within their approved service categories on park grounds. Food and alcohol services must come from our approved vendor list, provided when you inquire or book.
Events Policy
A few rules that keep the park welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
Reservations Required
- All formal events need a reservation. No formal event can happen in the park without one.
- Any gathering of more than 10 people needs a reservation, even if it's informal.
- Reserving a specific space, or asking others to leave an area, isn't allowed without an approved private event reservation.
No Selling or Commercial Use Without a Reservation
Moncus Park can't be used to sell goods, services, or space without a booked reservation, including:
- Selling picnic setups or experiences
- Fitness classes or sessions
- Photography mini sessions or other paid, advertised photo services
Informal Picnics
Casual, personal picnics are always welcome. Picnics sold or arranged by a third-party business count as commercial activity and need a reservation.
Photography
- Single-family photoshoots are welcome without a reservation.
- Multi-family sessions and advertised "mini sessions" need a private event reservation.
Props, Decor & Equipment
Props, decor, tables, chairs, and other equipment can't come into the park without a private event reservation.
Advertising
Nothing can be advertised as taking place at Moncus Park unless it's tied to an approved private event reservation.
Vendors
- Only vendors on Moncus Park's approved vendor list may operate in the park.
- Vendors can't attend or work an event unless that event has been officially booked through Moncus Park.
